TNA IMPACT RESULTS: 2/28/13

In Men's Division action:

#21 Austin Aries pinned #58 Hernandez after he hit him with a chain.  A Double picked up 11 points. Super Mex lost 13 points.

#129 Kenny King pinned X-Division Champion #23 Rob Van Dam to win the title.  King earned 18 points plus 20 points for winning the championship plus 597 bonus points to rank him ahead of Van Dam. He'll keep these points until he either loses a televised match [other than by DQ] or does not wrestle a televised singles match for 1 calendar month.  RVD lost 28 points.

     In a Men's Tag Team Division match,  unranked Bully Ray and Jeff Hardy defeated #15 Christopher Daniels and Kazarian when Hardy pinned Daniels. Ray and Hardy picked up 20 points plus 31 bonus points to rank them ahead of Bad Influence, who  lost 30 points.

In  Women's Division action:

 Knockouts Champion Velvet Sky pinned #5 Tara. The Champ earned 26 points. Tara lost 1 point.

Unranked Ivelisse Velez defeated unranked Lei'd Tapa by submission in a Gut Check Match. Velez earned 2 points. Tapa entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 30 points.
