WWE BATTLEGROUND AND KICKOFF SHOW RESULTS: 7/24/16

In Men's Division action:

WWE United States Champion #18 Rusev defeated #196 Zack Ryder by submission earning 4 points. The long Island Iced Z lost 11 points. After the match The Bulgarian Brute continued to attack Ryder until MoJo Rawley made the save.


#30 Sami Zayn pinned #16 Kevin Owens earning 20 points. Owens lost 12 points.


WWE Inter-Continental Champion #21 The Miz vs. #3 Darren Young ended in a No-Contest when Bob Backlund and Maryse got involved. Miz and Young each received a "No-Decision" on their records but lost no points.


WWE Champion Dean Ambrose defeated #14 Seth Rollins and #12 Roman Reigns in a Triple Threat Match when he pinned Reigns. The Champ earned 40 points. Rollins and Reigns each received a "No-Decision" on their records but lost no points.


     In a Men's Tag Team Division match, #31 Fandango and Tyler Breeze defeated #1 Jimmy and Jey Uso when Breeze pinned Jimmy. Breezango earned 30 points. The Usos lost 13 points.

     In a Women's Tag Team Division match, unranked Bayley and Sasha Banks defeated #5 Charlotte and Dana Brooke when The Boss forced Charlotte to submit. Bayley and Banks earned 26 points. Charlotte and Brooke lost 30 points. 


     In a Women's Division match, #5 Natalya Neidhart defeated #10 Becky Lynch by submission earning 21 points. The Lass Kicker lost 5 points. 


In 6 Man Tag Team action:


The Wyatt Family [Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan, and Braun Strowman] defeated The New Day [Big E Langston, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods] when Wyatt pinned Woods.

John Cena, Enzo Amore, and Big Cass defeated The Club [A.J. Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows] when Cena pinned Styles.


ALSO: Randy Orton attacked Chris Jericho during an in-ring segment.
