#11 Kota Ibushi pinned IWGP NEVER Openweight Champion #127 Kenta in a non-title match earning 9 points. Kenta lost 11 points.


In Men's Tag Team Division action:

IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa defeated unranked Tomohiro Ishii and Yoshi-Hashi when Tonga pinned Hashi due to a distraction by Kenta. The Guerrillas Of Destiny picked up 2 points. Ishii and Hashi entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 1 point. After the match Kenta attacked Hashi.


IWGP Jr Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Phantasmo and Taiji Ishimori defeated unranked Robbie Eagles and Will Ospreay when Phantasmo pinned Eagles. The Champs earned 2 points. Eagles and Ospreay entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 1 point.


ALSO: in a not-yet televised match, #16 Jay White defeated IWGP Inter-Continental Champion #271 Tetsuya Naito to win the title on 9/22/19. The Switch Blade earned 3 points plus 10 bonus points for winning the championship. Naito lost 11 points.
