WWE SUMMER SLAM AND KICKOFF SHOW RESULTS: 8/23/20

In Men's Division action:

WWE United States Champion #38 Apollo Crews pinned #136 MVP earning 8 points. MVP lost 13 points.


#7 Seth Rollins pinned unranked Dominik Mysterio in a Street Fight Match earning 2 points. Mysterio entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 7 points. Murphy and Rey Mysterio got involved in the match.


WWE Champion Drew McIntyre pinned #10 Randy Orton earning 21 points. The Viper lost 1 point.


#1 Bray Wyatt pinned WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman in a Falls Count Anywhere Match to win the Title. The Fiend earned 35 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championship. The Monster lost 1 point. After the match Roman Reigns attacked Wyatt and Strowman.


In Women's Division action:

SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley pinned #1 Asuka due to a distraction by Bayley. The Champ picked up 30 points. The Empress lost 1 point. After the match The Golden Role Models attacked Asuka.

#22[IL] Mandy Rose pinned #36 Sonya DeVille in a No-DQ Loser Leaves WWE Match earning 18 points. DeVille lost 12 points and must leave WWE.


#1 Asuka defeated Raw Women’s Champion Sasha Banks by submission to win the Title. The Empress earned 35 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championship. The Boss lost 1 point.


     In a Men's Tag Team Division match, Raw Tag Team Champions Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford defeated #3 Andrade Almas and Angel Garza when Ford pinned Garza. The Street Profits earned 28 points. Almas and Garza lost 1 point.
