#86 Chris Sabin and #59 Eric Young were the co-winners of The 18 Man Gauntlet For The Gold Match [Royal Rumble Match]. The other participants were: #225+ Vincent, #61 Eddie Edwards, #146 Alex Shelley, #94 Steve Maclin, #201[IL] Shark Boy, #250[IL] Rahj Singh, #169 Bhupinder Gujjar, #225+ Mahabali Shera, #55 W. Morrissey, #275+ Johnny Swinger, #250+ Rhyno, #275+ Heath Slater, #41 Moose, #45 Rich Swann, #275[IL] Matthew Rehwoldt, and #68 PCO. Sabin and EY each earned 35 points. The other wrestlers each received a No-Decision on their records but lost no points.

#59 Eric Young pinned #86 Chris Sabin earning 13 points. Sabin lost 15 points.

     In a Women's Tag Team Division match, Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champions Madison Rayne and Tenille Dashwood defeated unranked Alicia Edwards and Giselle Shaw when Tenille pinned Edwards. The Influence earned 2 points. Edwards and Shaw entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 1 point.

     In a Men's Tag Team Division match, unranked Josh Alexander and Tomohiro Ishii defeated unranked Jay White and El Phantasmo when The Stone Pitbull pinned Phantasmo. Alexander and Ishii earned 2 points. Bullet Club entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 30 points.
