WWE RAW RESULTS: airdate 12/31/12

In Men's Division action:

U.S. Champion #43 Antonio Cesaro pinned Sgt.Slaughter, coming off the Inactive List ranked #103. The champ picked up 3 points. Sarge lost 17 points.

#4 Sheamus defeated #2 Dolph Ziggler by DQ due to the interference of the Shield.  The Celtic Warrior gained 1 point, the Show Off lost 1 point.

World Champion Big Show defeated #178 Ricardo Rodriguez by DQ due to Alberto Del Rio's interference. The Champ picked up 1 point.  Rodriguez lost 1 point.

#30 Wade Barrett pinned Inter-Continental Champion #6 Kofi Kingston to win the title.  Wade picked up 25 points, plus 10 bonus points for winning the championship, plus 520 bonus points to rank him ahead of Kofi. He'll keep these points until he either loses a televised match [other than by DQ] or does not wrestle a televised singles match for 1 calendar month. Kingston lost 14 points plus his 320 bonus points

In Men's Tag Team Division action:

WWE Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan and Kane defeated unranked Drew McIntyre and Heath Slater when D-Bry pinned Drew. The Champs picked up 2 points. The 3MB entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 1 point.

John Cena and The Miz, coming off the Inactive List ranked #10, defeated #4 Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow when Cena pinned Sandow. Cena and Miz picked up 27 points plus 133 bonus points to rank them ahead of the Rhodes Scholars, who lost 10 points.
