WWE SMACKDOWN RESULTS: airdate 1/4/13

In Men's Division action:

#13 The Miz pinned #128 Heath Slater. Miz picked up 3 points. The One Man Band lost 11 points.

Inter-Continental Champion #11 Wade Barrett pinned #12 Kofi Kingston.  The champ picked up 20 points. Kingston lost 11 points.


     In a Women's Division match, #17 Tamina Snuka pinned #4 Layla.  Snuka picked up 27 points plus bonus points to rank her ahead of Layla. She'll keep these points until she either loses a televised match [other than by DQ] or does not wrestle a televised  match for 1 calendar month. Layla lost 12 points.


     In a Men's Tag Team Division match, #41 Randy Orton and Sheamus defeated unranked Antonio Cesaro and Big Show when Sheamus pinned Cesaro. The Viper and the Celtic Warrior picked up 2 points.  Cesaro and Show entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 17 points.


     In a 6 Person Tag Team match, Natalya Neidhart, Great Khali, and Hornswoggle defeated Rosa Mendez, Epico, and Primo when Khali pinned Epico.
