MASKED WARRIORS RECAP: airdate 10/22/11

     In Men's Division action, #53. Petey Williams defeated #62 Charley Malice to pick up 10 points .Malice lost 19 points. #106 Jon Rekon [aka Strong Man in CMLL] defeated Magno to earn 13 points. Magno dropped 28 points and also lost his 54 bonus points.
     In a tag team match, #26. El Oriental and Tinieblas Jr.defeated #27.the PR Powers and #24. Rellik and Sydistico to become the first Lucha Libre USA Tag Team champions.They picked up 18 points for the PR Powers, 17 points for Rellik and Sydistico, and 20 points for winning the title. The other teams each get a "No Decision" on their records but lost no points. NOTE: This show is aired on a MAJOR tape delay. El Oriental and Tinieblas Jr. have since lost the title. The current champions are Jon Rekon and Petey Williams.

SMACKDOWN RECAP airdate 10/21/11

     World Champion Mark Henry defeated  #25. John Morrison. Morrison lost 1 point, Henry picked up 18 points. Big Show came off the Inactive List ranked 19th and defeated WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio by disqualification. Show earned 1 point, Del Rio lost a point. #40 Sin Cara 1 defeated #51 Sin Cara 2 in a "Mask vs Mask" match. Sin Cara 1 earned 12 points, Sin Cara 2 lost 16 points [and his mask!]. #33. Wade Barrett defeated.#42.Daniel Bryan. Wade earned 14 points, Bryan lost 15 points.
     Ina Men's Tag Team Division match up, unranked Sheamus and Zack Ryder defeated unranked Christian and Dolph Ziggler. Sheamus and Zack earned 2 points, Christian and Dolph enter the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record with minus 30 points.

THURSDAY WRESTLING RECAP: 10/20/2011...MAJOR TITLE CHANGE!!!

      On RING OF HONOR:
      Unranked Eddie Edwards defeated Michael Elgin, coming off the Inactive List ranked 48th. Edwards picked up 13 points while Elgin lost 30. In a men's tag team match, the unranked Briscoe Brothers defeated the unranked All Night Express. The Briscoes earned 2 points, the All Night Express enter the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 30 points.

     On IMPACT: In Women's Tag Team action, the champions Ms. Tessmacher and Tara defeated  #5. Angelina Love and Winter. The champs picked up 26 points, Love and Winter dropped 1 point.
      In Men's Division action, Abyss came off the Inactive List ranked 43rd and defeated #45. Gunner by countout. Abyss gained 14 points, Gunner lost 17 points.
     #94. Cowboy James Storm defeated Champion Kurt Angle to win the TNA World Championship. Angle dropped 27 points, Storm picked up 35 points for his victory over Angle plus 20 points for winning the world title. He als o got 703 bonus points to temporarily give him more points than Angle. He'll keep these bonus points until he losses a match[other than by dq] or does not wrestle in a televised match for one calendar month.

MONDAY NIGHT RAW RECAP, 10/17/11

     In Men's Division action, #4. C.M. Punk defeated #8. the Miz. Punk picked up 23 points, Miz dropped 4 points plus his 285 bonus points for a total loss of 289 points. #12. Dolph Ziggler defeated #8. Mason Ryan by disqualification Dolph picked up 1 point, Ryan lost a point. #97. Zack Ryder defeated #28. Jack Swagger. Swagger dropped 27 points, Zack earned 17 points plus 577 bonus points to put him above Swagger. He'll keep those points until he losses a match [other than by dq] or goes inactive for a month.
     In a Women's Devision match, #2. Eve Torres defeated #11. Natalya Neidhart. Eve picked up 20 points, Natalya dropped 2 points.
     In Men's Tag Team Division action, unranked John Cena & Jim Ross defeated unranked Alberto Del Rio and Michael Cole. Cena & Ross enter the Rankings with a 1-0-0 record with 2 points, Del Rio & Cole enter the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record with minus 30 points.
     Mark Henry, Cody Rhodes, and Christian defeated Randy Orton, Sheamus, and John Morrison in a 6 man tag. This match has not affect on the standings.

TNA BOUND FOR GLORY RECAP, 10/16/11

     In Tag Team Division action, World Champion Mexican America defeated Ink Inc., coming off the Inactive List at #10. The champs picked up 21 points, Ink Inc. lost 1 point.
     In a Women's Division match, #8. Velvet Sky defeated Knockout Champion Winter,#1 Micki James, and #6. Madison Rayne to win the championship. Velvet earned 25 points for Rayne, 30 points for James, 35 points for Winter, plus a 20 point bonus for winning the World Championship. In addition, she received 869 bonus points to place her ahead of Winter. She'll keep these points until she loses [other than by dq.] or does not have a televised singles match in 1 calendar month. The other Knockouts did not lose any points and each receive a "No-Decision" on their record.
     In Men's Division matches, X Division Champion Austin Aries, #34, defeated # 40 Brian Kendrick. Aries earned 15 points, Kendrick lost 15 points plus his 162 bonus points for a total loss of 177 points.  In a "Full Metal Mayhem" match, #21.RVD defeated Jerry Lynn, coming off the Inactive List at #66. RVD picked up 9 points, Lynn lost 13 points. #11. Crimson defeated #13. Matt Morgan and #14. Samoa Joe in a Triple Threat Match. Crimson earned 40 pts [20 for Morgan + 20 for Joe]. Morgan and Joe did not lose any points and each get a "No-Decision" on their record. In a Falls Count Anywhere Match, #30. Mr. Anderson defeated #78. Bully Ray. Anderson picked up 7 points, Ray lost 14. In an "I Quit" match, #17. A.J. Styles defeated  #15. Christopher Daniels. A.J. earned 20 points, Daniels dropped 12 points plus his 524 bonus points for a total loss of 536 points. #18. Sting defeated unranked Hulk Hogan. Sting picked up 2 points. Hogan enters the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record with  minus 12 points. World Champion Kurt Angle defeated #16. Bobby Roode. Angle earned 19 points, Roode lost 1 point plus his 553 bonus points for a total loss of 554 points.

RECAP OF THE WEEK IN WRESTLING, 10/9/11-10/15/11

      There were no changes in any titles recognized by the NAWR, but Randy Orton passed Cody Rhodes to become the new number 1 contender with his win of the 41 Man Battle Royal and disqualification win over Mark Henry on Smackdown Friday night.

     The BIG JUMP of the week went to Matt Morgan. His victory over Samoa Joe Thursday night on Impact moved him up 38 spots, from #51 to #13. The BIG DROP of the week went to the team of Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger. Their loss to the unranked team of Kofi Kingston & Zack Ryder on Smackdown Friday night dropped them 26 spots, from #3 to #29. Vicki can't be too happy about that!

     Booker T may have his "Fave 5", but here are the NAWR's TOP FIVES:
