ROH FINAL BATTLE RECAP 12/23/11

In Men's Division action:

#68. Michael Elgin defeated #70. T.J. Perkins. Elgin picked up 9 points, Perkins dropped 22 points.

#63. Tommaso Ciampa defeated Jimmy Rave, coming off the Inactive List ranked # 55. Ciampa picked up 12 points, Rave lost 21 points.

#34. World TV Champion Jay Lethal defeated #35. El Generico and #36. Mike Bennett to retain the title. Lethal picked up 31 points. Generico and Bennett each recieve a "No-Decision" on their records but lost no points.

ROH World Champion Davey Richards defeated #62. Eddie Edwards to retain the title. Richards gained 10 points, Edwards lost 1 point.

Unranked Kevin Steen defeated unranked Steve Corino in a No Disqualification Match. Steen gained 2 points. Corino entered the Rankings with a 0-1-0 record and minus 30 points.

#65. Roderick Strong defeated unranked Chris Hero. Strong picked up 2 points, Hero entered the Rankings with a 0-1-0 record and minus 21 points.



In Men's Tag Team Division action:
#12. Jay & Mark Briscoe defeated ROH World Tag Team Champions Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas to win the titles. The Briscoes earned 35 points plus a 20 point bonus for winning the titles. The WGTT lost 11 points.

 In a Tag Team Gauntlet Match. #17 Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander defeated  #60 The Bravados then lost to  #30 Future Shock.  #38 The Young Bucks then defeated Future Shock and then #15 The All Night Express to win the match.  The Bucks picked up 2 wins and 37 points plus 4 bonus points. C&C got a win and a loss and lost 3 points. Future Shock got a win and a loss and gained 3 points. The Express got a loss and lost 16 points plus their 23 bonus points.
