On July 27, 2013, Alex Koslov and Rocky Romero came off the Inactive List ranked #90 and defeated ROH Tag Team Champions Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly to win the titles. The Forever Hooligans picked up 35 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championships. reDRagon lost 26 points.
On Aug. 3, 2013, #3 Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards defeated Koslov and Romero to win the titles. The American Wolves picked up 35 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championships. The Hooligans lost 3 points.
