#157 ACH pinned #159 Tadarius Thomas to win the 6 Man Mayhem Match. The other participants were unranked Watanabe, #116 B.J. Whitmer, #126 Caprice Coleman, and #62 Tommaso Ciampa. ACH earned 21 points. The other wrestlers each received a "No-Decision" on their records but lost no points.
ROH TV Champion #41 Jay Lethal pinned #56 Matt Taven. The champ picked up 11 points. Taven lost 17 points.
#149 Cedric Alexander defeated #141 Roderick Strong by submission in a Submission Match. Alexander earned 3 points. Strong lost 28 points.
#51 Kevin Steen pinned #163 Silas Young. Steen earned 3 points. Wrestling's Last Real Man lost 19 points. After the match Young attacked Steen.
#25 Michael Elgin pinned ROH World Champion Adam Cole to win the title. Elgin earned 35 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championship. Cole lost 13 points. Matt Hardy, Michael Bennett, Hanson, Raymond Rowe, Maria Kanellis, and MsChif all got involved in the match.
In Men's Tag Team Division action:
#7 The Briscoes (Jay and Mark) defeated unranked Matt Hardy and Michael Bennett in a No DQ Match when Jay pinned Hardy. Dem Boyz earned 2 points. Hardy and Bennett entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 7 points.
ROH Tag Team Champions Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly defeated #69 Christopher Daniels and Kazarian when O'Reilly forced Kaz to submit. reDRagon picked up 9 points. Bad Attitude lost 1 point.
