On 10/12/15 in Tokyo, Japan #127 Tomohiro Ishii defeated NEVER Openweight Champion #83 Togi Makabe to win the title. Ishii picked up 13 points plus 10 bonus points for winning the Championship. Makabe lost 22 points.
