WWE PAYBACK AND KICKOFF SHOW RESULTS: 5/1/16

In Men's Division action:

#8 Dolph Ziggler pinned #6 Baron Corbin earning 25 points. The Lone Wolf lost 8 points.

WWE United States Champion #56 Kalisto pinned #5 Ryback earning 26 points. The Big Guy lost 15 points.

#18 Kevin Owens pinned #21 Sami Zayn earning 19 points. Zayn lost 11 points.

WWE Inter-Continental Champion #24 The Miz pinned #14 Cesaro by pulling his trunks after a distraction by Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn brawling at ringside. Miz picked up 20 points. The Swiss Superman lost 12 points. All 4 continued to brawl after the match.

#15 Dean Ambrose pinned #19 Chris Jericho earning 20 points. Y2J lost 11 points.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns pinned #1 A.J. Styles in a No-DQ Match earning 30 points. The Phenomenal One lost 1 point. [Styles had won earlier by countout and DQ but the match was restarted by Shane McMahon then Stephanie McMahon]. The Usos and Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows all got involved in the match.

     In a Men's Tag Team Division match, #1 Aiden English and Simon Gotch defeated #22 Colin Cassady and Enzo Amore to win the WWE Tag Team Championship No. 1 Contenders Tournament when Amore could not continue. The Vaudevillains picked up 19 points plus 20 bonus points as tournament winners. Enzo and Cass lost 1 point but received 10 points as tournament runners up. Amore was stretchered out.

     In a Women's Division match, WWE Women’s
Champion Charlotte defeated #9 Natalya Neidhart when referee Charles Robinson called for the bell even though Neidhart did not submit. The Champ picked up 22 points. Natty lost 1 point. After the match Bret Hart attacked Ric Flair and Neidhart attacked Charlotte.
