NEW WORLD, TAG TEAM, AND INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONS!!!!!


On June 19, 2016 in Osaka, Japan the following titles changed hands:

#48 Kazuchika Okada defeated IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Tetsuya Naito to win the Title. The Rain Maker earned 35 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championship. Naito lost 14 points.



#51 Michael Elgin defeated IWGP Inter-Continental Champion #50 Kenny Omega in a Ladder Match to win the title. Elgin earned 17 points plus 10 bonus points for winning the championship. The Cleaner lost 15 points.



#15 The Briscoe Brothers [Mark and Jay] defeated IWGP World Tag Team Champions Tama Tonga and Tonga Roa to win the Titles. Dem Boys earned 35 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championships. The Guerrillas of Destiny lost 11 points.



#14 Matt and Nick Jackson defeated IWGP Jr Tag Team Champions Matt Sydal and Ricochet, #3 Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly, and #26 Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta in a 4 Way Elimination Match to win the Titles. The Young Bucks earned 82 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championships. Sydal and Ricochet, reDRagon, and Rappongi Vice each received a "No-Decision" on their records but lost no points.



#91 Katsuyori Shibata defeated IWGP NEVER Openweight Champion #142 Yuji Nagata to win the title. Shibata earned 7 points plus 10 bonus points for winning the championship. Nagata lost 19 points.
