ALSO: In a not-yet-televised match, #51 Kushida defeated then ROH TV Champion #43 Marty Scurll on 5/14/17 in Philadelphia, PA to win the title. Kushida earned 17 points plus 10 bonus points for winning the championship. The Villain lost 15 points.
