IWGP NEVER Openweight Champion #30 Minoru Suzuki pinned #116 Toru Yano in a Bull Rope Match earning 10 points. Yano lost 12 points.
IWGP Inter-Continental Champion #56 Hiroshi Tanahashi pinned #138[IL] Kota Ibushi earning 8 points. Ibushi lost 15 points. After the match Tanahashi and Jay White brawled.
In a Men's Tag Team Division match, IWGP Jr Tag Team Champions Sho Tanaka and Yohei Komatsu defeated unranked ACH and Ryuske Taguchi when ACH was pinned. RPG 3K earned 2 points. ACH and Taguchi entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 1 point.
