WWE CLASH OF CHAMPIONS AND KICKOFF SHOW RESULTS: 9/27/20

 In Men's Tag Team Division action:

SmackDown Tag Team Champions Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura defeated #106[IL] Kalisto and Lince Dorado when Nakamura pinned Kalisto. The Champs earned 11 points. The Lucha House Party lost 1 point.


Raw Tag Team Champions Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford defeated #1 Andrade Almas and Angel Garza when Dawkins pinned El Idol, whose shoulder was not down. The Street Profits picked up 30 points. Almas and Garza lost 1 point.


In Men's Division action:

#8 Sami Zayn defeated WWE Inter-Continental Champion #10 Jeff Hardy and #9 A.J. Styles to win the title in a Triple Threat Ladder Match earning 43 points plus 10 bonus points for winning the championship. Hardy and Styles


#34 Drew Gulak pinned WWE 24/7 Champion #64 R-Truth to win the title. Gulak earned 15 points plus 10 bonus points for winning the championship. Truth lost 13 points.


WWE US Champion #38 Bobby Lashley defeated #45 Apollo Crews by submission earning 17 points. Crews lost 13 points.

   

#64 R-Truth pinned WWE 24/7 Champion #34 Drew Gulak to win the title. Truth earned points 18 plus 10 bonus points for winning the championship. Gulak lost 16 points.


WWE Champion Drew McIntyre defeated #4 Randy Orton in an Ambulance Match earning 27 points. The Viper lost 1 point. Big Show, Christian, Shawn Michaels, and Ric Flair got involved in the match.


WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns defeated #35 Jey Uso when Jimmy Uso threw in the towel. The Tribal Chief earned 18 points. Uso lost 1 point.


In Women's Division action:

Raw Women's Champion Asuka defeated #19 Zelina Vega by submission earning 20 points. Vega lost 1 point. After the match Vega attacked The Empress.


Raw Women's Champion Asuka defeated SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley by DQ when Bayley used a chair. The Empress picked up 1 point. Bayley lost 1 point. After the match Sasha Banks attacked Bayley.
