In Men's Division action:
Unranked Bron Breakker pinned #74 L.A. Knight earning 14 points. Knight lost 30 points.
#129 Ridge Holland pinned #200+ Drake Maverick earning 4 points. Maverick lost 22 points.
#124[IL] Tommaso Ciampa defeated #74 L.A. Knight, #249c[IL] Von Wagner [aka Cal Bloom] and #115 Pete Dunne in a Fatal 4 Way Match to win the vacant NXT Title when he pinned Knight. Ciampa earned 27 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championship. The other wrestlers each received a No-Decision on their records but lost no points.
In Men's Tag Team Division action:
#20 Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel defeated unranked Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs when Aichner pinned Jensen. Imperium earned 2 points. Jensen and Briggs entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 12 points.
#57 Brutus and Julius Creed defeated unranked Dan Jarmon and Trevor Skelly when Julius scored the pinfall. The Diamond Mine earned 2 points. Jarmon and Skelly entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 15 points.
In a Women's Division match, unranked B-Fab pinned #150b Katrina Cortez earning 3 points. Cortez lost 30 points.
In a Women's Tag Team Division match, #33 Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter defeated #45c Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne by DQ due to outside interference by Mandy Rose. The KC Express picked up 1 point. Dolin and Jayne lost 1 point. After the match Rose, Dolin, and Jayne attacked The KCs until Sarray made the save.
Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin, and Jacy Jayne defeated Sarray, Kacy Catanzaro, and Kayden Carter when Rose pinned Carter.
ALSO: Carmello Hayes and Trick Williams attacked Duke Hudson during an in-ring segment.
