In Men's Division action:
#144[IL] Tajiri defeated MLW Middleweight Champion Myron Reed, #350b Arez, and #153 Aramis to win the Title in a Fatal 4 Way Match when he pinned Reed after misting him. The Japanese Buzzsaw picked up 46 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championship. The other wrestlers each received a No-Decision on their records but lost no points. [10/2/21]
MLW National Openweight Champion #72 Alexander Hammerstone pinned MLW World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu to win the Title. Hammerstone earned 35 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Championship. Fatu lost 17 points. Josef Samael got involved in the match. [10/2/21]
