Unranked Flex McCallum pinned #400c Matt Brannigan after a distraction by Richie Slade. McCallum picked up 3 points. Brannigan lost 30 points.
#155 Papo Esco pinned UWN TV Champion #117 Levi Shapiro to win the title. King Fat Boy earned 10 points plus 10 bonus points for winning the championship. Shapiro lost 24 points. The Bodega and Howdy Price got involved in the match. [11/20/21]
In a Men's Tag Team Division match, #99c[IL] Brendan and Danny Devine defeated unranked Brandon Gatson and Richie Slade when Slade was pinned. The Brothers Devine earned 2 points. Gatson and Slade entered the Rankings with an 0-1-0 record and minus 29 points.
