MLW National Openweight Champion #109 Alex Kane pinned #146[IL] Calvin Tankman earning 7 points. Tankman lost 20 points.
#225[IL] K.C. Navarro pinned #168 Ho Ho Lun earning 6 points. Lun lost 27 points.
#43[IL] Myron Reed defeated MLW Middleweight Champion Tajiri, #225[IL] Matt Cross, and #82[IL] Bandido to win the Championship in a Fatal 4 Way Match when he pinned Cross. Reed earned 52 points plus 20 bonus points for winning the Title. The other wrestlers each received a No-Decision on their records but lost no points.[1/22/22]
