In Men's Division action:

#41 Cody Rhodes eliminated #5 Gunther to win the Men's Royal Rumble Match. The other participants were: #10 Sheamus, #15 Miz, #17 Kofi Kingston, #8 Johnny Gargano, #140[IL] Xavier Woods, #13 Karion Kross, #144 Chad Gable, #14 Drew McIntyre, #16 Santos Escobar, #275+ Angelo Dawkins, #4 Brock Lesnar, #2 Bobby Lashley, #91 Baron Corbin, #3 Seth Rollins, #89 Otis, #33 Dominik Mysterio, #119 Elias, #11 Finn Balor, #35[IL] Booker T, #12 Damian Priest, #135 Montez Ford, #127 Edge, #1 Austin Theory, #27 Omos, #24 Braun Strowman, #21 Ricochet, and #181 Logan Paul. The American Nightmare earned 59 points. The other wrestlers each received a No-Decision on their records but lost no points.

#14[IL] Bray Wyatt pinned #108 L.A. Knight in a Pitch Black Match earning 11 points. Knight lost 11 points. After the match Wyatt and Uncle Howdy attacked Knight.

WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns pinned #6 Kevin Owens earning 25 points. KO lost 1 point. After the match The Bloodline attacked Owens. Sami Zayn attempted to make the save but was taken out by all of the Bloodline except Jey Uso.

In Women's Division action:

WWE Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair pinned #25 Alexa Bliss earning 19 points. Little Miss Bliss lost 1 point.

#4 Rhea Ripley eliminated #3 Liv Morgan to win the Women's Royal Rumble Match. The other participants were: #30 Dana Brooke, #51 Emma, #9 Shayna Baszler, #18 Bayley, #75[IL] B-Fab, NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez, #56 Dakota Kai, #17 Iyo Sky, #24 Natalya Neidhart, #55 Candace LeRae, #88 Zoey Stark, #78 Xia Li, #5 Becky Lynch, #58 Tegan Nox, #14 Asuka, #27 Piper Niven, #32 Tamina Snuka, #20 Chelsea Green, #20[IL] Zelina Vega, #2 Raquel Rodriguez, #16 Michin, #28 Lacy Evans, #36[IL] Michelle McCool, #72 Indi Hartwell, #85 Sonya DeVille, #100 Shotzi Blackheart, #7 Nikki Cross, #17[IL] Nia Jax Ripley earned 65 points. The other wrestlers each received a No-Decision on their records but lost no points.
